I am getting this message:

 

Failed to compute the privilege for the user 'IIS APPPOOL\EssentialsAppPool4'. Could not find user account in the Identity Store.

 

I get an error with the message when using a workflow query.

 

The maps display in the viewer but I also look at the arcgis server logs and it post the error message for every map draw.

 

The map services are secured in ArcGIS server.

 

Any ideas???

  The error was due to an ArcGIS server permission on the layer. I needed to add the user role to the security for the layer. It is a secured layer using windows authentication and I missed adding the. All good now.

  I had the same issue recently. You added the user role to the security for the layer on the map service on ArcGIS server or the permissions role on configure site permissions in geocortex ?
