A layer displayed at first in startup but identified the last,

 

 

 

I couldn’t figure out if this is signifying for anything. I got one of the layers (within a service) that is displayed at first as the application start but took long time as it is identified as shown in the screenshot below

  I got it. The trick is to explode the content the layer in question and then to re-publish it. This way, the identify tool will spend less time as a polygon is clicked.
