Create text and upload data using the collaboration tool
The new collaboration tool is really awesome. In addition to the Drawing and Image tools that are available, it would be great if you could add and share text on the map and also upload Shapefiles that can be stored as part of the collaboration room.
For example, during an offshore installation project, the collaboration tool would be very useful to help discuss and plan siumtaneaous operations (SIMOPS). In this scenario, it would be helpful to be able to upload individual Shapefiles that contain a polygon feature representing e.g. a vessel outline or other mobile asset. These features could then be moved and placed relative to each other and would rescale on the map.

It will be great if it supports any type of document for uploading, like pdf or voice recording insteaad of typing 0
