Export to xlsx , csv etc. has stopped working
I don't know when this happened, but suddenly exporting a list of results to (e.g.) xlsx goes through the motions, gives "exporting to .xlsx" dialogue but then ... nothing.
I used to work so I'm not sure why it may have stopped. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Have you checked fiddler request? which version of viewer do you use? I tested in GVH 2.8, exporting to files all work.

Thanks! I've just figured out that it is only a single service that does not work: tax parcels. The rest work. This has data links and relationships. Could they somehow confound the export? 0 -

Cory and I take a look this issue. It does fail to export tax parcels results in your site. We found a few issues on this map service.
1. console error: mixed content. The feature description reference a site is http instead of https.
2. console error: TypeError: Cannot read property 'displayField' of null. When opening buildings related table.
3. there was error fetching related features when opening owner related table. The object id is empty, you can see the request: https://maps.kpb.us/gis/rest/services/txparcel/MapServer/2/queryRelatedRecords?f=json&definitionExpression=&relationshipId=1&returnGeometry=false&objectIds=&outFields=*
We are not sure if these errors cause exporting files fail. Also, you said there is a datalink for tax parcel, but I can't find it in the feature details panel.
However, I tested the tax parcel map service in my site, I didn't see any of these issues, and also exporting the tax parcel results works fine to me. Maybe you reconfig the map service in your manager, and see if these errors are resolved, if you still have trouble to export files, please contact support team and provide more information, such as site.xml etc. for further troubleshooting.

UPDATE!
I never did solve the problem on that other site but I have narrowed it down on a bare bones, super clean site. It is adding a data link that does it.
1. No datalink on the layer: identify and export results to xlsx -> works great.
2. Add datalink
3. Refresh and identify layers. Attempt to export to xlsx -> nothing.0
