Error Uploading a CSV File
I am trying to upload a CSV File and map the records using the Address Data option. While using the Bing Geocoder or our custom Geocoders I am getting either an "Upload Data Error: An unknown Error has occurred." or the Table Record Results show that all of the records were rejected and none passed.
Our custom geocoders work for everything else in the maps but will not work for this. I have tried only having the Bing Geocoder, only ours, or both with ours chosen as the default for batch uploads with no luck. I have tried using a single key address field with or without the city & zipcode. I have tried creating columns for the address, City, Zip, State, & Country, etc but no luck. It isn't a size issue because I've tried with a file only containing 4 records with about 5 fields.
I'm not sure if there is a step that I'm missing while trying to upload the data or while configuring the map viewer.
We are using Geocortex Essentials 4.5.1.58 and HTML5 2.6 viewer.

Hi Alexis,
Can you please make sure the the column names in the CSV file match the column names in the Geocoder. It fails with the same errors you're reporting when they don't match, the bug-ID for this issue is GE-8077.0 -
I've tried matching the column names for our geocoders and also for Bing and I still get the error. (That is with only having the one geocoder listed under the map's services or having Bing and ours, with ours set to be the default batch geocoder.) 0
