Essentials 4.7 known issues knowledge base

This article includes both issues raised in previous releases that may still affect 4.7 as well as new issues that have arisen in this release. Of particular note: we've had one instance of Geocortex Collaboration not working when installed on Windows Server 2008 due to a websocket problem (GC-263) and one member of the Support team has run into an issue where the new backup tool failed due to file permissions and prevented Core from running (CORE-2687).
