Filter tool hides all features

Sometimes filter tool hides all features. It seems to happen the 2nd time. This is what happened... I chose School Districts layer, then set a filter "Name = Olympia". This worked as expected. Then I changed the filter to "Name = Tumwater", once I hit "Filter" I did not see anything on the map. Once I cleared the filter, and tried the same filter again, then it worked.

  Update: this issue has been fixed in the 2.8.1 HTML5 viewer.
