Filter tool stopped working

Hi:

 

 The filter tools has stopped working in my Geocortex applicaton.  I tried removing it from the tool bar and readding it  but it still does not work.  Ideas?  Thanks!

  Hi Steven -

   

  When you use the filter tool stops working, are you receiving any console errors?  If so, please send us a copy of those messages (a screenshot would be fine) to assist our troubleshooting.

  Did you upgrade to ArcGIS Server 10.5 without applying the ArcGIS Server 10.5 Layer Definition Query Patch?

  Thanks!  Apparently the patch was overlooked. We will be installing the patch today and checking the results.

  Applying the patch did not work for me. However, I did find a service that was unavailable.  Once I took care of that, the tool started working again.

   

  Just something else to check if anyone else has this issue.
