Allow changing default 50 result page size in Manager

In order to change the number of results that can be seen at one time to say 100 instead of the current 50, we now need to edit the configuration files.  It would be nice if you could expose this setting in Manager.

  Or optionally to remove entirely. On handheld the buttons get small and I feel like most users are used to continually scrolling down anyway.

  Scott, apparently, I don't get an email when a comment is made on a suggestion I make...I just now saw your comment.
  
  I never liked the pins particularly, and with the new highlighting of results, I've just turned them off. You can find the control to modify the number of pins in the Desktop.json.js file - look for pageSize set to 50 in a couple of places. I had changed to 500, and did not see a performance hit.
