How to open a viewer at a specific bookmark by URL parameter. Is it possible?

Or must I use a runworkflow parameter to call a workflow that will do that?

  I did some looking into this, and I don't think it's possible currently.  We do have an open improvement for it though, and an idea has been posted here:
