Autocomplete lagging in Parcel Search Workflow

I have a Parcel Search workflow that searchs parcels by APN. It used to work perfectly but we've had complaints from our users recently that the autocomplete drags DRAMATICALLY, almost to the point that it's unusable. I dont know what has changed from when it was working (a few weeks ago?) to now, but something is different. Has anyone encountered this? A link to the workflow is below.

  Hi Lisa,

   

  To isolate this issue I would use the dev tools of the browser (F12) and go to the Network tab.  Run the workflow and when you start typing you will see a query call to your map service to get the items to display.  Right click the request and copy it and try running it in a new browser window.  If it is still slow in a browser window the issue is with the query call and you would be best to contact ESRI about it.  Feel free to ask any questions or post what you find out.
