List related data in report

I want to create a report that lists related data from related table, such that the report reads the primary key from feature layer, then queries related data from related table based on the primary key, and lists the result (queried records in the related table) in the report.

 

Is there any way to do this?

  Yes, there is away.  I will try and post an example workflow if i can.
