Charting Intervals & Series Format Data Aggregators

We use a considerable number of charts in our daily routines. After designing many of them, it became apparent that the charting module automatically generates the numeric intervals for a y-axis, for example.

It would be a good idea to allow Essential administrators to define the intervals themselves, rather than having the charting module doing it for them.

Secondly, there needs to be added an additional data aggregtor of <None> under the series format, since many times you don't want the chart to either sum, count, min, max or average the data. But rather not aggregate it at all.
