layers missing from export Map

I have 2 map services in my map, one for map features and the other for annotation, but when I export the map I do not get any of the annotation values.  How can this be turned on?

  Hi Irene! I had some issues with annotation too. I was able to get it to behave by ensuring the image format was set to PNG32 (set on the map service not layer) and that resolved things for me. Our annotation map services also have text anti-aliasing set to Force (set in ArcGIS Server on the parameters tab when editing the service). Hope that helps!

  HI Rebbeca, thanks for your help!  I tried your suggestion and unfortunately the problem remains.  I should clarify the situation a little more.  If I use the export map tool, all is well and I get all the layers.  If I use the export map activity within a workflow, then I loose all the information from  annotation service and some labels from the 'feature' service.  Do you have any suggestions?

  Weird. I'm not sure why that would happen. My experience with workflows is limited but we do have a parcel map workflow that uses exportmap. Latitude developed it for us, it's very complex and beyond my ability but I can send it to you if you want to look at it. Email me if you'd like a copy. I don't seem to be getting forum notifications anymore.
