Feature Hyperlink to ASP page

I would like to create a feature hyperlink for a field that contains a dig safe (UFPO) number. The problem is that the URL for dig safe New York wont accept the value in the URL bar and only from the "Ticket ID" box. Is there a way to pass the value to the text box from the URI field in "Create/edit feature hyperlink"?

  Hi Clarence, 

   

  Just to confirm, the issue you're describing is that the base url like this works

   

  http://irth.digsafelynewyork.com/IRTHOneCall/Ticket/PositiveResponse/PositiveResponse.aspx

   

  but there isn't a url format like this that works using the ticket id parameter?

   

  http://irth.digsafelynewyork.com/IRTHOneCall/Ticket/PositiveResponse/PositiveResponse.aspx?ID=00001-001-001

   

  If that's the case, there unfortunately isn't anything we can do from the Essentials side of things.  I would recommend reaching out to dig safe and asking them to confirm whether or not there is any way to open a specific ticket profile from a url.
