Export map image, and printing issues?

Just this week, I started recieving calls about not being able to print maps, from our HTML5 viewer. I did some testing, and i was able to find a work around for the printing, but the export map image, produces a white screen. I have read it had something to do with, a windows update? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

  Hi Ethan,

   

  I recommend following this annoucement. It's a known issue with a Windows Update to the .NET Framework.
