wkid 26910 shows as invalid

I'm unable to set the Default Geographic Coordinate System WKID to 26910 (UTM Zone 10)?  The message returned is "This does not appear to be a valid WKID for a geographic coordinate system. Please check your entry."

  UTM is not a geographic coordinate system.  If you want to add UTM, you need to put it under the Alternate Coordinate Systems.
