site thumbnail blank

Hi, I have added new layer in map service and configured it in GE Manager. All seems to work ok in the app and the log file shows no errors. However the site thumbnail generated when saving site is now blank everytime.

 

Any idea?

  I don't know what the GE fix for that is, but the file fix would be to replace the {sitename}.150x150.preview.png file in your site directory with the image you want.

   

  Or, since it's blank anyway, you could delete the PNG files. The next time you make any changes to your site, they should be automatically recreated.

  Hi Ravin!

  What do you mean by thumbnail? Are you refering to the site list when you open Manager?

  In essentails Manager do you see a warning triangle in the top left hand corner of the site? Try and click on the refresh button from the site list. When you hover over your site, you should see a refresh button. Click on that to refresh the site.
