how does the result url created?  

 

I have a dev site which had been working well with print map function.  Now i suddely could not get the map.  the result url has "wwwtest" in front of, which suppose to be a url for test site.  I looked at my workflow and could not find the place that points to the test instance.  The PrintMap activity uses map template id.  I assume the reslut url has something to do with it.  In order to be sure that map template is from dev site i updated its source.  it still has the same problem.

  Hi Yinghong,

   

  The base URL used in the Print and Export operations is configured via the Application Settings in Essentials Manager.  You need to go in and set your External REST URL, per the screenshot below:

  Thanks.  It sets to point to the test instance. Now it works.
