Geoprocessing Messages

Currently there is no way to notify users about Arcpy Messages that are produced during the processing of Geo-processing Activity. They can be accessed only after the geoprocessing activity has finished its job. This is not suitable for asynchronous geoprocessing tools. There should a way to notify about GPMessages being produced by Geoprocessing Tools.
