Form Element Items need 'Tooltips' or allow Markdown.

The suggestions for an autocomplete can get cut-off if they are too long. The 4.x workflows would repeat the label as a tooltip, can wf5 do this?

In other words, can "Form Element Items" have markdown in the label field or tooltips for items?
