Home Panel Always Included

Anyone else have trouble hiding the home panel?  I would like the hide the home panel and just have the layers open by default.

 

Viewer: 2.9.2

 

Viewer Settings:

 

Look and Feel > Data Frame > Open By Default > TRUE

 

Home Panel > Include Home Panel > FALSE

 

Home Panel > Open Home Panel by Default > FALSE

 

With these settings the home panel is still included in the tab and opened when the viewer loads.

 

Current Fix

 

The only way I've been able to remove the home panel tab and prevent it from always opening first is the following config setting.

 

"id": "HomePanelContainerView",

 

"viewModelId": "HomePanelContainerViewModel",

 

"visible": false,

 

What json property should the toggle in the admin be changing?  Because it doesn't change this property and this is the only property that effectively removes the home panel from the viewer.

  I thinkyour Viewer configuration setting work and in my testing on GVH 2.9.2 works with those setting using the Essential manager - Site- viewer, without changing any manually.

   

  With above setting Home Panel > Include Home Panel > FALSE, Home Panel > Open Home Panel by Default > FALSE, can you check your Home Tool on Navigation group (configured with ActivateHomePanel command) is disabled, right?

   

  Is your GVH available by the public?
