Customize "Create New Feature No templates available." message?

Is it possible to alter the message that users receive in a viewer when they try to use the create a new feature tool, but there are no features in the viewer that the user has permission to edit?

 

Instead of "No templates available," I'd like customize the message, maybe mention who to contact in order to obtain permission.

  Hi Ross,

   

  Check the following file - 

   

  C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Html5Viewer\Resources\Locales\Mapping.en-US.json

   

  and search for the string that you are interested in.  In your case, it appears to be the value associated with the key - 

   

  language-feature-editing-no-templates

   

  You should be able to simply edit the value to what you want.

  Thanks, Wayne, for the quick reply.  Will customizing the referenced json file affect all of the viewers?  If so, I was hoping to only change 1 specific viewer's message.

  Yes, all viewers of that instance.

   

  We would like too have possibility to customize them at least for specific viewers...
