Bookmarks on iPads

Do bookmarks work on iPads?  I see where there was an issue not too long ago with Chrome, but didn't see anything posted specifically about iOS and/or Safari.  We just noticed that the creation of bookmarks appears to be failing and there are no bookmarks listed...similar to the bug with Chrome.  

 

We are running Essentials 4.8.2 and HTML5 2.9.2 viewer.

  Users had cookies blocked.  Went into iPad settings and allowed cookies from this site and now they work.
