Please help how to overcome this error. This is one of many viewer applications I would like to upgrade. I don't want to create all the viewer applications.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Helen,
Can you try an intermediate hop and see if it helps? For instance, try upgrading to 2.4 or 2.5. Worst case, you should be able to use your sites by dragging them into the new version, you should never lose them.

I'm getting the same error when upgrading an HTML5 Viewer from GVH 2.3 to 2.10.0. I've copied the site and its viewer over from another server that had the older version on, onto a new server with GVH 2.10.0 on. What do you mean by 'dragging them into the new version'? 0
