Server Error in '/Geocortex/IdentityServer' Application

Hello. I have one user (only) who gets the error below after selecting "Geocortex Identity Server" (and before being prompted for credentials). He gets the error in Chrome only. Other users can successfully log in using Chrome. Any ideas as to how we can fix this or troubleshoot further? Thanks very much.

  Hi Jamey,

   

  The most common cause for such things is something incorrectly cached or a security certificate that the browser is 'stuck' on.

   

  Start by opening an incognito window on that user's machine Ctrl+Shift+N and see if they can log in properly ... if so then you know there is something in the cache that is causing problems.

   

  Have them clear their entire cache Crtl+Shift+Del ... select all options and clear. See if that resolves the problem.

   

  As a final resort, you can have them uninstall Chrome, rboot, and reinstall Chrome to have it properly acquire a new security certificate.

   

  Note: this isn't specific to Geocortex. I occasionally have this challenge when trying to log into some secured website and need to clear cache data to re-fetch a proper secuirty certificate.
