Why is feature template so spread out?

The new feature template in GTX 4.9 / GVH 2.10 seems to be very spread out compared to earlier versions.  Is this expected default behavior or is my config somehow screwed up? (See example of Feature Tempate from point Feature Service below).

  Thank you for your report.

   

  This is not expected behavior and has been filed in VSTS ( workitems id=14106). It will be addressed with GVH 2.11 release.
