Home Panel text getting cut off in Handheld

I have a home panel that opens automatically in a handheld web map. There seems to be some invisible white box that is cutting off my text...has anyone experienced this before?

  Hi Lisa,

   

  This sounds like it may be related to a previously reported issue (being tracked as GVH-16575).

   

  If the Home Panel is set to not display by default, do you still see the same behaviour?  The workaround in the other case is to have a startup workflow that runs the external command 'ShowHomePanel' to display the home panel.

  Hi Wayne...thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately adding that workflow to run on startup did not fix the issue. I noticed though that when this happens, it is because the entire map area seems to have been shifted up (As you can see, the top of our county border has been cut off in the map).
