Error Loading Report File

Lately, I've noticed that I cannot open any rpx files by double clicking on them.  I get an error saying "Error Loading Report File. Could not find the report, or the report file is invalid."  Has any one else seen this?  This is for all reports I have.  I can, however, open report designer then navigate from there to the report I want to open, and it opens fine.

  Sounds like the default program to open the files changed.

  Double clicking actually opens Report Designer, but instead of showing the report, it gives me the error.

  Hi Sara,

   

  Can you try getting properties on the designer and going to Advanced and clicking "run as administrator" and see if it helps?  This will always launch the app as an admin.

   

  I haven't heard of this same behaviour previously.
