No layers after upload data
I have a viewer with gets data from several mapservices. All my layer do show nicely.
But if I use the upload data functionality to upload a shape file, many layer don't show up any more if I select them. Funny thing is, if I save the project and restart the viewer and reopen the project then all layers seem to open.
I've tried putting the uploaded data in a folder, but no difference in behaviour.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
Thanks in advance,
Ronnie

Because u have use another projection while uploading data, U have to choose Use Current maps projection while uploading data on map. Then only it will show the data on map otherwise it will reproject the uploaded data to default selected projection on dropdown 0 -
Raghav,
thanks for the answer. When uploading data in Geocortex I don't get an option to choose the projection. Furthermore I selected some data from a layer in the viewer and exported it to a shapefile, and even if I'm uploading this shapefile the problem occurs. So the problem doesn't seem to be in the projection.0 -
Hi Ronnie,
We have a seen a few similar cases come in. Just to clarify, is it the uploaded data or the existing map services that aren't showing? If it's the existing services I would recommend submitting a support case to help figure out if you are being affected by a known issue (reference #14742 or #15867), or if this is a new issue. The cases so far have had very particular conditions- out of order layer ids on the map service, and viewers where no layers are visible when the shapefile is uploaded. The underlying cause is that the viewer starts sending requests with bad configurations for dymanicLayers.
The known issues are planned to be addressed in HTML5 viewer version 2.11.
Hope that helps

We are having a simlar issue.
After a shapefile is added the layers(which are toggled off) are not visible when toggled on. This only seems to be an issue after a shapefile has been added.
This is a really serious issue at my company as people are using web maps to check the data on plans.0
