Dynamic Charts on different Fields of different layers

I am working on a requirement that user should be able to draw charts on field of layer dynamically, suppose i have 50 layers and i want to select a layer and then its fields as X.Axis and another layer and its field as Y Axis  or  i want to select a layer and then select one of its fields as X Axis and another field of this layer as Y AXIS likewise
