Geometry picker - preserve highlighting of entered geometry across displayforms
I have a workflow that adds a point to a feature service and lets the user enter attribute values. The feature class has a lot of attributes, and I have chosen to separate the fields in three display forms with the possibillity to navigate forward and backward between the "pages"/forms. The geometry is highlighted nicely after entering it with the geometry picer, but when I move to the next displayform, the highlighting disappears. When I go back to the first displayform, the entered data and the geometry/location is still there in the geometrypicker, but no highlighting. Is there a way to preserve the highlighting of entered geometry across displayforms? It is possible to prevent forms from resetting, so why not the highlighting as well?

Hello Jostein,
Thanks for the information. This issue was also reported by another client and added to our backlog; I'll add your name as a stakeholder.
I was unable to find a workaround for this issue.

The issue that I was referring to is actually slightly different in that highlights were being removed when the visibility of the form element that created the highlighting was temporarily hidden, and the highlighting didn't return when the element became visible again.
The highlighting is tied to a particular form element within the Display Form, so closing/completing the form will cause the highlighting to disappear. There's currently no method to keep the highlighting within the form, but an alternative would be to create a graphics layer on the map with the graphics, and clear it as needed using configured events.
Please create an Idea for this functionality.
Thanks, Stefan
