GE 4.9.1/ GVH 2.10.1 fails to read http map service from ArcGIS Server in case the viewer is in the secured mode, despite the fact it read other http map services with a OGC WMS data source.
GE 4.9.1/ GVH 2.10.1 is working very well and can consume https services from ArcGIS Server. However, it fails to read http map service from ArcGIS Server in case the viewer is in the secured mode, despite the fact it read other http map services with a OGC WMS data source. Attached

What might be the issue here and what we can do to make the secured viewer read mixed content (http and https).
Geomolg Services: https://geomolg.ps:6443/arcgis/rest/services (https)
PLA Services: http://82.213.48.134:8888/geoserver/madeenati_gis/wms? ( http with a OGC WMS )
Geoptax Services: http://geoptax.com:6080/arcgis/rest/services (http from ArcGIS Server )

Hi Abdullah,
Mixed content should be avoided. Every browser will handle it differently and you won't be able to ensure all your users will obtain a positive experience. One may get an error, another may have a layer not appear and another may not notice any difference at all. If your viewer uses https then I would make sure all services use https as well.
