Linked Google Map button fails to work in IE 11

I have enabled the Linked Map button to link to Google Map for my HTML5 viewer site. The button works fine in both Chrome and Edge, but is inactive (grayed out) in Internet Exploer (IE 11, to be specific). Would anyone help me troubleshoot this?

  Would this be on a touchscreen laptap by chance?

  Do you mean iphone or ipad? No, the button is grayed out on Safari, as well.

  Do you recall if you updated the Tablet,json,js file with the same changes as you made to the Desktop.json.js file?  An ipad would use the Tablet file as would a laptop with a touchscreen.

  Wayne,  you are right. I did forget to configure the Tablet.jason.js file.  It is solved now. Thank you so much!
