Provide a setting in the layer details tab to specify a workflow that runs when a Map Tip is opened.

I have a particular pop-up which needs to have pushpins and graphics removed from the map when the Map Tip for the layer is opened.  If the graphics aren't removed when the Map Tip is open, the screen looks crowded.  I would like this to happen without the user having to open the toolbar, find the Clear Graphics tool, etc.

Please provide a place in the Layer Details tab to specify a workflow that would run when the Map Tip for a map layer is opened.
