sign in causes endless refresh of html5 viewer
Greetings,
When I try to sign into the html5 v2.10.1 viewer, working off of Essentials 4.9.1, I get the following message "The viewer may need to log in to continue. If another browser window opened, please use that window to complete the login process." followed by the viewer going into an endless refresh cycle. This happens in multiple browsers - IE, Chrome, Firefox. It doesn't matter if pop-up blocking is on or off. No other browser window opens.
Does anyone know what causes this problem and how to solve it?
Thanks,
Doug Walther

Hi Doug,
I would check the dev tools (F12) Network tab to see if you can see any responses that indicate an error. If nothing stands out, I would recommend submitting a support ticket.

I do get an error with the dev tools activated, of "Unable to get property 'mapSercives' of undefined or null reference". It appears to be associated with the Map.js code "i=this.app.site.essentialsMap.mapServices.filter(function(t){return t.serviceLayer===e})".

Hi Doug,
I would open a support case if you want to pursue this, it will likely need a screenshare to investigate it.
