Activate Print Tool on toolbar using a workflow

In workflow 4,  How can I activate a tool on the toolbar with a workflow?   I have created a site that runs a workflow on startup.  The workflow zooms to a particular location specified in the URL.   I want to open the print tool panel so the user can add their title, select their layout and click print.   I know it's just one less click, I could have the toolbar open with only the print tool as an option, but I am curious if I can activate a tool with a workflow.

  Hi Jennifer,

   

  You can add a RunExternalCommand activity at the end of your workflow.  The command to add to the RunExternalCommand is "PrintMap".  This will do the equivalent of clicking the tool bar tool and skip right to the dialog so the user can enter the title etc..
