Ignore missing layer warning when opening site

When a site is opened and a missing layer is found for a mapservice, the only option is to remove the layer from the site configuration.
Could an Ignore option be added here?

  Another thing : the small yellow warning triangle in Geocortex Manager (Admin) that appears on the top left corner should be a blinking red warning (animated gif) .. probably alert-16.png or status-alert-16.png or status-alert-16.png ... so we could actually see it :)
