WebRequest Activity Error

I am trying to use the web request activity to return pixel values from a map service.   I am using the following uri:

 

https://nowcoast.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services/nowcoast/forecast_meteoceanhydro_sfc_ndfd_dailymaxairtemp_offsets/MapServer/identify

 

I am getting the following error:

 

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

 

I can run the identify from the browser and the results are returned ok.

  May be an issue with the settings of that service regarding headers.

  Thank you, Dan.  Ah, I bet that is the problem.  I had tried just a basic connection and response request in python and received the same 403 Forbidden error, so it sounds like that security issue is the culprit.  

   

  I tried another weather service in the web request activity and it worked ok.   I was hoping to use the nowcoast data as it has a little more info.
