Show Minimum and Maximum Number of Instances and Capabilities

In Status, it would be extremely helpful to display for the given server the list of ArcGIS services and some general corresponding information such as 2 columns showing min/max number of ArcSOC instances, and columns for capabilities such WCS, WMS, WFS, etc (columns have those names, just an 'x' in that column for a given service if that service has that capability enabled.  This woulud provide the ability to quickly view the basic configuration of services to help ensure consistency between multiple servers.  

If needed, the display of this info could be configurable, some folks may not want this and/or it could be slow to generate this list.

Being able to export this info to a CSV would also be useful.
