Any end to end documentation on Custom Forms?

I am trying to find information on how to develop a custom form. I have downloaded the activities-sdk but it does not appear to have any documentation on the process of building and registering the form elements.

 

Is there any more advanced documentation or tutorials on this subject?

  Hello James,

   

  Within the extracted folder should be a README.md file with information on setting up your development environment, starting development, and deploying. There is a section specific to Custom Form Elements as well.
