ArcGIS Image cache not displaying in printout report

We are planning on migrating our tile caches to ArcGIS online for resource reasons. 

 

We have built a test service.

The tile cache functions perfectly and is exactly what we want. Except it will not print in the pdf report from Geocortex. It also does not show up on the export images as well. 

 

This is not good for us. We will be migrating all of our imagery this way.

  Hi Darren,

   

  Prints and exports are handled by Geocortex Essentials, not the viewer.  The 4.9.2 release of Geocortex Essentials resolved an issue where we could not print or export tile services hosted in ArcGIS Online (Essentials tried to use an /export endpoint, which does not exist).

   

  If you upgrade to 4.9.2 or later you should be able to print and export as expected.
