Create "Add Layer Style" Widget for Essentials

Adding a layer style is incredibly valuable for the user experience.  However writing the code and getting it perfect, as well as visualizing it in your head as a human, is difficult.

Porting the same functionality in the HTML5 viewer of "Turn on/off layer Visualization" into the essentials site under the "Style" tab. Then create style, then save style as "xyz". Much like you do with "permanent bookmarks" vs User Bookmarks would greatly increase the usability of this advanced function.

Furthuremore making these layer styles once built plug into a "workflow button" easily added to the toolbar would be yet another step to reduce the work done by the Essential Manager. As well as easily enable a check list from a tool in the toolbar for the user to quickly alter symbols on the map.
