Can We Add Menu Bar to main Viewer Page and how to do that (need compatibility with smart devices)

We need to add menu bar as below. How to do that ? is there a Menu bar feature in Geocortex viewer already build in?  Our HTML 5 Viewer is 2.10 and silverlight viewer is the latus as of today .

  There are several ways that you can accomplish this, but none out of the box.  You'll need to do some web dev work to get that.

  @Zack : Thank you. We have already done this with 3rd party javascript. I was checking it is available with Geocortex itself as a module .. Its custom cord hard to upgrade when viewer is upgraded by Geocortex team. 

  Its handly if they can build a Menu system into Geocortex HTML Viewer
