Afternoon,

 

Even though the status indicator is displaying the fact that  it's "Loading Parcel map data..."

 

Odd thing is, the map layer is not displayed and has been turned off in the map services, layer list and any layer themes. Yet, it's still displaying that it's loading the data?

 

What is causing this status indicator to show this?

  Hi Walter,

   

  If the map service is unchecked on the map services tab I would only expect one call in Fiddler/Dev Tools, an info request like this http://XXXXXXXX/MapServer/0?f=json 

   

  If you are seeing calls to a map service that is not enabled, and this is a recent version of Essentials, I would recommend submitting a support ticket so it can be looked into.  There may be a valid reason, but on the surface it appears to be a bug or site upgrade issue possibly.  We would need to check Fiddler and the site.xml file.
