I have a workflow where, using checkboxes, the user selects a road segment and then selects a larger project area that the road segment belongs to. I would like to automatically select the project area checkbox based on which road segment checkbox is selected.

 

It is possible for the user to select a project area without selecting a road segment, so this needs to be a one-way option.

 

For instance, the user selects CheckBox1, so CheckBox8 automatically becomes selected, too.

 

Any ideas are appreciated.

  In Workflow 4, you can use Groups in the Form Designer to show/hide Form Items. But there is not "On Change" event per se.

   

  I would recommend that you take a look at Workflow 5, which does have "On Change" events.
