Possible to allow create and edit, but deny delete?

Is it possible to allow users to create features and edit their geometry, but deny the ability to delete them once created?  I would like to prompt users to "contact the system administrator to delete this feature".

  You can set the ability to delete within your feature service. Not sure what the response from Geocortex would be if they tried to delete a feature from a feature service with Delete turned off. Probably worth a test service to see.

  Thank you Tom.  I should have specified that I need to control this for one layer within a feature service.  In this case, I have property boundaries and forest management areas in one feature service.  My users will need the ability to delete forest management areas, but not the property.  I have some custom workflows acting on this feature service, otherwise I would start over and publish them seperately.  Thank you for your help.

  Brian - Then I would control all the editing through Workflows. You can control what they can do and actually never need to have the feature service in the map. We commonly develop workflows that utilize Map Services and perform edits on secured Feature Service (not in the map). This allows us to tightly control data quality. They are complex but effective.
