Save a new polygon in a workflow from Markup

Hi, 

 

I have drawn a polygon through the workflow and used AddMarkup external command to edit the polygon. After editing the markup, it is exiting the workflow. Can anyone guide me how can I save the edited polygon as a graphic in the workflow?
