hi Wayne, could you please advise how we could access Geocortex Reporting 5? Is it available now? Thanks 0 -

I don't see the road map item for the map tips on a mouse over event. Did the tool make the cut? 0 -
Hi Trevor,
This functionality was not added but I've included your name in the list of interested stakeholders.
Thanks, Stefan

After upgrading to Essentials 4.10 and HTML5 Viewer 4.11, Feature (Editable) Layers in my sites are not showing in the viewer even though they are in the map design. I can't figure out why. Anonymous access is granted at the Site level. They were there before the upgrade but not after. Something seems to have changed with the upgrade. 0 -

Hi Ben,
That issue is currently in our backlog and I've added your name to the list of stakeholders. I've raised the priority of the issue as well.
Thanks, Stefan

Is this release or will the maintenance release be tested against the upcoming ArcGIS 10.6.1 release? 0 -
Hi Nico,
We've tested the current release against the 10.6.1 Release Candidate, and will be testing it again with the upcoming full release.

After we did the upgrade the Identifiable Layers tab is showing up as the default instead of the normal Layers tab. Is anyone else having this issue? 0 -
Would it be possible to publish the release notes document somewhere else, so that we are able to read it without having to contact the reseller? 0 -

Steven- Regarding #1, the download. I just tried here and it worked fine for me. UNless LG just fixed something I would suggest taking at look at the diskspace where you are downloading to, and if that checks out then maybe look at your malware / virus protection software as it could possibly be identifying something in the download that it thinks is unsafe. 0 -
Hi Steven,
For #2, Yes, the Downloads section for 5-series products are available on Communities: https://communities.geocortex.com/s/downloads
Thanks, Stefan

How far back have you tested ArcGIS 10.6.1 compatibility? I'm wondering if older versions of GE will have any issues - I'm on GE 4.6 and wondering if I need to upgrade it first before upgrading ArcGIS Server to 10.6.1. 0 -
We are running GE 4.10 and ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 with no problems since it's release so far. 0 -
Hi John,
We generally only valdate the most recently released versions of GE and GVH with new ArcGIS Enterprise releases. If any issues are found, we consider testing previous versions. There were no known issues with the 10.6.1 release and the current GE 4.10 and GVH 2.11 releases.
Thanks, Stefan

Understandable, thanks. 0 -
Anyone else getting an "Unknown Error Warning" on Query Tool Due to Latest Upgrade? We are seeing it on 2 clients systems. A 3rd client we have not upgraded and we do not see the issue. Everyone is on ArcServer 10.6.1. 0
