Add activity for export map view as image

Workflow5 need have an activity to support export map view as image (with client graphic layer). at the moment there's no way to invoke it even via WF4 as the equivalent activity in WF4 is a client activity. Which means, if ever you need the Export Map function in your workflow, you have to write the whole workflow in WF4.
